The following terms and conditions apply to customers entering the Therapy Centre, which is operated by Oils4life Therapy Limited. This includes the carpark, shop, therapy suites or hair studio and welfare facilities.
Health and Safety
Access and Egress

It is imperative that everyone visiting the Therapy Centre, whether to attend an appointment or browse our shop, remains safe. Oils4life Therapy Limited has done its utmost to ensure pedestrian walkways are free from defects and not slippery, however, from time to time environmental conditions (rain, snow, ice) can introduce additional hazards. Customers should remain vigilant and proceed with caution at these times.

If you see anything that is unsafe please report it to the Therapy Centre Coordinator, based in reception, immediately.
Fire Safety
The Therapy Centre is fitted with fire/smoke detection throughout the building. The devices are linked to the fire alarm which will sound should fire/smoke be detected.

Manual Alarm Call (MAC) Points are located at all exits and should be used to raise the alarm if required.

In the event of a fire: Customers must leave the building promptly and proceed to the designated muster point at the entrance to the car park. Please do not exit the car park in your vehicle at this time as there will be an increased number of pedestrians on the road and potential fire appliances trying to access the site.

Once the building has been checked to ensure it is safe to reenter the Therapy Centre staff will advise customers accordingly.

Fire extinguishers are positioned at all exits. If it is safe to do so and you have been trained in the use of a fire extinguisher you may attempt to tackle the fire.​
Security
CCTV​
For the safety and security of everyone working or visiting the Therapy Centre, CCTV is in operation covering the carpark, all external sides of the building, the hair studio, shop and 1st floor waiting area.
Insurance
All therapists, hairdressers clinical professionals working within the Therapy Centre are self-employed and fully insured for the services they provide. In the event that you feel the need to make a claim against a therapist, such a claim must be filed against the therapist directly.

Oils4life Therapy Limited cover the insurance for all public areas - carpark, access/egress routes, waiting areas, welfare facilities and shop. Any claims must be filed against Oils4life Therapy Limited.
